Welcome to day 4 of my 30 day video challenge. What can you change with a 30 day challenge?
Are you excited to have customers? Do your customers know that you are excited for them? Building relations with your customers is essential in today’s age of online marketing. You worked hard to earn your relationship with your new customer. Even if you set up a system like the MLM Mastermind one time, you can still support your new customer in many ways.
We all know how bad news travels fast… real fast. Well good news can travel just as fast. The best way to show your good news is Social Proof. Social proof is huge in online marketing. This is the attraction factor working 24 hours a day. If people are saying good things, then more people will come to check you out.
In this video I explain the advantages of making some noise over your new customer. I highlight 2 important reasons for celebrating you new customer, and a couple of ways to go about doing this.
I would love to hear how you celebrate your customers. Please leave a comment and share your ideas.
To your growing success

That’s a great idea Ken, Thank you for sharing this.
Another thing I thought of when I was watching your video. We might want to get all of the new customers contact info for Twitter, Facebook etc…
And maybe send them a birthday card every year too.

Daryl,
Great point about the birthday cards. I have system for that as well. People love to be remembered. Thanks for sharing the great tip.

Celebrate your customer. I love it Ken. You are right on point. So many people gain a customer and leave them out to dry.
Not only does it make that person feel like a “transaction” but you do them a disservice by not helping them out in any way you can.
I never really thought of this. Thanks for pointing this out Ken! Great job!
Glenn,
Thanks for your comments. We work so hard in helping others and attracting customers, that it’s a shame when we don’t continue to celebrate the relationship. This is a small way of showing our appreciation. It also allows us to be committed to the product or service we promote. If we truly value our customers and show them we care then they’ll remain loyal for a long time.
Ken
I love celebrating my new customers with a heart felt card. You will definitely stand out as caring and it will burn a powerful memory and feeling toward you, too.
Thanks,

Kary,
A card is a great way to celebrate your customers. It shows you care about them and don’t just see them as a bank account. Great tip!

It’s so true about “Social Proof”…When you provide enough value people will follow and they will talk…
Great reminder Ken

Ken this is such a great idea!
I really need to start doing this right away. If we got to the point of selling 4 or 5 products per day and giving them each a public shout out, we could completely let go of this shameless self promotion thing that we do everyday! haha
Thanks buddy!

Ken,
This is so very true that you should celebrate your customers. I was considering leaving my MLM because I couldn’t get a response from my sponsor but because I love the product, I’m staying. I went above his head and found someone in my upline who would answer questions and it has been great.
Keep up the good work!
