Ken,

This is so very true that you should celebrate your customers. I was considering leaving my MLM because I couldn't get a response from my sponsor but because I love the product, I'm staying. I went above his head and found someone in my upline who would answer questions and it has been great.

Keep up the good work!

Ken this is such a great idea!

I really need to start doing this right away. If we got to the point of selling 4 or 5 products per day and giving them each a public shout out, we could completely let go of this shameless self promotion thing that we do everyday! haha

Thanks buddy!

Kary,

A card is a great way to celebrate your customers. It shows you care about them and don't just see them as a bank account. Great tip!

I love celebrating my new customers with a heart felt card. You will definitely stand out as caring and it will burn a powerful memory and feeling toward you, too.

Thanks,
Kary

Glenn,

Thanks for your comments. We work so hard in helping others and attracting customers, that it's a shame when we don't continue to celebrate the relationship. This is a small way of showing our appreciation. It also allows us to be committed to the product or service we promote. If we truly value our customers and show them we care then they'll remain loyal for a long time.

Celebrate your customer. I love it Ken. You are right on point. So many people gain a customer and leave them out to dry.

Not only does it make that person feel like a "transaction" but you do them a disservice by not helping them out in any way you can.

I never really thought of this. Thanks for pointing this out Ken! Great job!

That's a great idea Ken, Thank you for sharing this.

Another thing I thought of when I was watching your video. We might want to get all of the new customers contact info for Twitter, Facebook etc...

And maybe send them a birthday card every year too.
